The M24 Orion is a 2-seat fully enclosed side by side Gyroplane.  The pilot sits on the left hand seat and the passenger (or instructor) sits on the right hand seat. The seats are slightly staggered, the pilot's seat slightly in front of the passenger seat, this means that there is signficiantly more "elbow room" than it first looks.  The cabin size is similar to the R22 Helicopter, but the staggered seating means it is significantly more comfortable, especially for "larger" people.
